We stock our products in the Netherlands. We currently ship worldwide using PostNL. Orders are usually processed in 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. Please remember that handling time is in addition to shipping time. All shipping costs are based solely on weight and destination and provided directly by the shipping provider.

Order confirmation and tracking emails
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is prepared, you will receive an email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online.
For pre-orders, your order will ship as noted. Out-of-stock items won't ship until we've restocked. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments or order cancellations.
International Shipping Policy
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing.
For international orders, once the package leaves the country where your order is shipped from, the NL, carrier does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in its destination country, you must contact your local post office or carrier to work with them to have the package delivered.
There are no returns. All sales are final.
Right to withdraw
The customer is entitled, using his right of withdrawal, to cancel the purchase within fourteen (14) days after delivery.
The customer can notify his right of cancellation via email@example.com.
The customer is obliged to return the product to Alta within 14 days after the notification of his right of cancellation, after this period his right of cancellation will lapse.
The risks of return and the cost of mailing will be at the expense of the customer when they exercise their right of withdrawal.
The sums paid for the products by a customer prior to the withdrawal will be reimbursed/refunded within fourteen (14) days after receiving the returned products.
Alta reserves the right to refrain from refunding the payment when it is noted that the products and/or packaging has been opened, used or damaged by the customer.
